Finished the Christmas shopping today minus a few minor details. On that note, thought I would give a certain someone hints on what I have on my wishlist :-)

CHRISTMAS PROJECTS:

Handmade ornaments in purples, burgandys and gold for my tree.
Chocolate Gingerbread Squares.

SHOPPING DONE SO FAR: 3.5/9... better get on it!

Dustin planned to take me out to see my cabin at Elk Ridge on the first day of our 4 day weekend. I have a cabin there, and since its on it's final steps of being finished, he thought it would be a great way to spend our day. We travelled out there and the weather, although sunny and bright, was cold but we were enjoying having a day off together. We viewed the cabin and then decided to travel to Waskeisu. Since Waskeisu is more of a summer tourism town, it is almost completely deserted in the winter. The stores and restaurants are empty and the streets don't get cleared. The only thing open was the Halwood Hotel and Restaurant. We decided to take a walk to the end of the cement dock, a place we had spent previous summers together. He got down and one knee.. and asked me... and I said yes. I was very surprised and totally thrilled. Still am :-)
